Treatments and what to expect

~ Consultation ~

Your first session will start by taking a lifestyle & medical history to ensure that the treatment is tailored to your specific needs. This will be followed by a restorative 45 minute treatment using natural balms / creams. Each session will end with a review of any reflexes that appear out of balance.

~ Follow ups ~

Follow up sessions begin with a short review of any changes since your previous session, followed by a restorative 45 minute session & finished with a review of any reflexes that appear out of balance.

If your workplace insurance covers holistic treatments, as a fully accredited member of the association of reflexology you should be able to claim back the full cost of your treatment!
